Browsing the site
The supplied website code contains no analytics trackers, advertising pixels, external fonts or embedded third-party media. Images, scripts and styles are requested from this site's own location.
Like other websites, delivery of these pages involves technical requests to the hosting service. The host may process information such as an IP address, requested path, browser information and request time for delivery, security and operational logging. Host-specific retention and processing settings are not controlled by the page code; contact us if you need information about the deployed hosting arrangement.
The local message tool
Text entered on the contact page is used in your browser to build a plain-text draft. The tool has no submission endpoint and does not send your entries to us. It does not deliberately store the draft in cookies or localStorage. Browser autofill, session recovery or device software may retain information under your own settings.
If you choose Copy, the draft is placed on your device's clipboard when permission allows. If you choose Download, a text file is created on your device. Clipboard contents and downloaded files remain under your control. Avoid using sensitive details on shared devices and remove copies when no longer needed.
When you send an email
If you separately send a message to [email protected], the information you include, your email address and ordinary email metadata are processed through the relevant email services. Use only the details necessary for your question. Do not send credentials, access codes or sensitive personal records.
Correspondence is used to handle the enquiry, respond where appropriate, correct content and protect the service from abuse. Where data protection law requires a legal basis, handling an ordinary enquiry may rely on legitimate interests; other legal obligations or bases may apply depending on the request and jurisdiction.
Storage choices
The cookie information page can save a preference in localStorage under housepazindelo-cookie-preference. This is a browser-level choice, not a user profile. The included site code does not currently run optional tracking regardless of that choice. See Cookies for the exact storage behavior and removal instructions.
Sharing and retention
The local tools do not sell or transmit your draft. Hosting and email providers may process data needed to operate their services. Information may also need to be disclosed where lawfully required or necessary to address abuse and security issues.
Local preference storage remains until you clear it or browser policies remove it. Downloaded drafts remain until you delete them. Email correspondence should be kept only as long as needed for its purpose and applicable legal or security requirements; this notice does not promise a fixed deletion period that depends on an external provider.
Your choices and requests
You can browse without completing a tool, clear browser storage and choose not to email. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of personal data, object to processing, request portability or complain to a relevant supervisory authority.
Send privacy requests to [email protected]. Identify the relevant correspondence without supplying unnecessary identity documents. A local draft that was never emailed is not available to us to retrieve or delete.
