Cookies and localStorage are different
A cookie is a small value a website can store in your browser and, depending on its settings, send with later requests. localStorage is a separate browser storage mechanism that page scripts can read on the same website. Both can retain a preference, but localStorage values are not automatically attached to ordinary page requests like cookies.
The supplied script does not set cookies. It uses localStorage only if you deliberately save a preference below. The mobile menu, scroll effects, household audit and message draft operate without a saved preference.
Storage used by the supplied code
| Name | Type and purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
housepazindelo-cookie-preference | First-party localStorage. Records “essential” or “accepted” when you choose a button below. It is not an identifier for advertising. | No expiry is set by the code. Remains until changed, cleared or removed by the browser. |
The “accepted” value records a choice only. There are currently no optional analytics or advertising services for it to activate. Refusing optional storage does not block access to content or tools.
Your browser preference
Saving either choice stores only that selection on this browser. These controls are not needed to use the website.
No preference has been checked yet.
Changing or removing a choice
Choose a different button above to replace the saved value. To remove it entirely, use your browser's site-data or storage settings for housepazindelo.online. Clearing site data may also remove storage added by other deployed site features. Private browsing sessions and browser policies may discard values automatically.
Preferences are not synchronized across devices or browsers. If storage is blocked, the controls report that nothing was saved and the site remains readable.
Drafts, files and hosting
The contact message draft is not stored in localStorage by this code. A download creates a file on your device; copying uses your clipboard. Neither is a cookie. Your browser may independently retain form data or downloads according to its own settings.
Hosting infrastructure may use operational mechanisms outside the supplied page code. Any additional deployed service that changes storage behavior should be disclosed before it is used, and optional technologies should not be activated without any consent required by applicable law.
